About Us Cypress Floral Designs, Inc. is a unique floral design studio located in the heart of Cypress, TX at 15503 Jarvis between Telge and Barker Cypress Roads. This exquisite florist is family owned and operated by Elaine Carrell, a native Houstonian. Her dream became a reality in May 2000 as she, her family, savvy friends, and award winning design staff made a commitment to brighten their community by offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts. Elaine and her staff are active members of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, Allied Florists of Houston, Texas State Florists Associations, SAFD, HLS&R, AIFD, Teleflora & FTD. They also participate in many other neighborhood church and school activities.
