Question: My daughter wants to get something for her boyfriend. What do you get the guys for homecoming?
Answer: Garter mums are designed for the guys to wear on their upper arm and can be customized with their sport theme, musical theme, school club theme...etc.

Question: What is the difference between a regular homecoming mum/garter and a "Senior" homecoming mum/garter?
Answer: A regular homecoming mum is decorated in the school colors. A Senior mum is designed for the graduating student and typically decorated white with either gold or silver accessories. Because of the extra metallic items, there is a slight upgrade cost difference of $10 extra for the senior garters and $15 extra for the senior mums.

Question: What do I get for a special teacher, Big Sis or Lil' Sis?
Answer: We have a huge selection of wristlet mums, finger mums, spirit sticks, spirit jewelry and a HUGE selection of stuffed spirit animals including stuffed spirit bears and stuffed mascots for your special someone.

Answer: We service the following CFISD high schools: Cy-Fair, Cy-Woods, Cy-Falls, Cy-Springs, Langham Creek, Cy-Ridge, Cy-Creek, Jersey Village, Tomball and Waller. (Other surrounding schools to be considered in the future).

Question: Do you deliver?
Answer: Yes we do. Our delivery fee is $13 in the Cypress area. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for the delivery rates. We highly encourage you to pick up your order at our shop and offer a FREE rose with every order that is picked up at our shop during working hours up until the day of the dance. Question: How early do I need to place my Homecoming Mum order in order to get it in time for the Homecoming game and dance?
Answer: All orders need to be placed as early as 2 weeks prior to the Homecoming. (We can take orders online or at our shop 5 days prior to the Homecoming date.) We request that you place your order in advance to make sure that we have time to create your special, one of a kind, handcrafted homecoming mum for your special someone.

Question: What do you need to start the order?
Answer: Payment in full is needed. No mum or garter will be made until full payment is received. We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/DISCOVER. You can order via our secured server online shopping cart system or you can stop by our shop to place your order. If you would like to place a special customized homecoming mum/garter, please stop by our shop. (Cash & Checks - in store only)

Question: How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer: Orders for customized homecoming mums take approx. 3-4 business days to complete. All customers will be notified when their homecoming mum or homecoming garter is ready for pickup. If you would like to have the homecoming mum or garter delivered ($10 delivery fee in Cypress) we will notify you of the delivery time and we will need to obtain a signature upon delivery of the item.

Question: Do you accept cancellations after the order has been placed?
Answer: Due to the fact that each item is handcrafted to your specifications, there are NO returns or refunds allowed.

Question: Do you carry mum supplies?
Answer: No. We do not carry mum supplies - only the completed mums. - We carry only the finest, handcrafted, customized homecoming mums and garters for the CFISD area schools.
